If for any reason you are not pleased with your shipment, call customer service at (0118) 328-2987 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your packing list handy. Merchandise may be returned in resalable and unopened condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for credit or exchange. Prior to returning any product, please contact us to get a return authorization number which must be written on any boxes returned to us.
3. I'm a teacher. How do I get an official invoice?You can send your official purchase order to:

Fax it to: 0118-321-7118 ATTN: School PO Beanstalk Books.
Once we receive it, we will arrange the official invoice and process your order.
4. I’m a book shop. How do I sell Beanstalk Books products?
